At 1st Phorm, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear with a commitment to your total satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Return or Exchange

  Indicate whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
